 Worlds of Amusement Camp
Sign up for this camp that takes you on a thrilling adventure building your very own amusement park out of LEGO® Bricks! Rides will include classic, ultimate and Adventureland favorites. Attendees can expect to visit the 'Wizarding World' by building our favorite wizard and his magical owl! We will celebrate the ultimate park with mosaics of some of our favorite characters including Elsa, Anna and Mickey. At the end of the camp week, families will be invited to view our fully automated micro amusement park, complete with ticket booths, landscaping and lots of fun-loving LEGO® minifigures.

 Pre-K Art
Nurture your child’s inner artistic curiosity as they explore various art techniques, media and creative experimentation during each class. Possibilities include; acrylic, mixed media, watercolor, sculpture, collage, and more. Projects will be engaging and may focus on seasonal themes, beginning art fundamentals, a particular media or just plain messy. Come to create together, and leave the clean up to us!

Pre-K Art Bike Month Project
Celebrate Bike Month by learning bicycle safety skills while creating a collaborative project. Children age 2-6 are encouraged to attend to learn appropriate safety skills to navigate the dos and don'ts of riding a bicycle. Participants will navigate a skills course that will be set up in the parking lot west of the library. Helmets will be required and parent participation is recommended. Picnic tables will be available for those who bring a sack lunch.

 Pre-K Art Earth Day Project
Celebrate Earth Day as we discuss what it means to be a neighbor and take pride in our community. The class will investigate shapes, colors, and the anatomy of a globe. The final product will be temporarily displayed.

 Pleasant Hill Nature Club
Hike, explore and create with us! Creating with natural found objects is fun and can be done with anyone! Make art from things you might find in nature, such as pebbles, rocks, twigs, sand, pine cones, and leaves. These things can be made into mandalas, spirals, shapes, animals, or patterns. Parents are welcome.

 Mindful Movement/Yoga & Mindfulness for Youth
This 60-minute class combines yoga and mindfulness training geared towards our youth. The first 30-minutes focuses on yoga to calm and strengthen both our mind and body. The last 30-minutes, students will learn practical, universal life skills to counteract stress reactivity through mindfulness. Students will explore awareness of breathing, building compassion, how to regulate emotions, and expressing gratitude.  Each child will get a workbook/journal to incorporate the practice into their daily lives. Class is taught by yoga instructor Tammie Dixon, and mindfulness instructor Allison Peet, owner of From Within Wellness. Please bring your own mat or a towel as yoga mats are limited.

 This martial arts program builds character while learning concepts of life protection. Two sessions include Little Ninja Age 4-6 and Family Karate Age 7+.

Adult Programs

 Adult Yoga
 Calm your mind by using breathing and your body's strength through movement. We work through opening, standing, balance, and seated poses. The last 5-10 minutes is meant for guided relaxation. Bring your own mat or towel as mats are limited.

Older Adult Programs

50+ Stretch Class
This 30-minute class is designed for those ages 50 and above who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Participants will learn how to safely stretch and engage their entire body, improve joint flexibility, and prevent age related injuries. After this class, participants should feel calm, relaxed, and possibly an inch taller!

50+ Fitness
Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, stability balls are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Find out more at

 The Pleasant Hill Senior Tennis League is a great way to meet people while getting exercise. Beginner tennis players are  welcome. Equipment is not provided.
