Library Technician I
The Pleasant Hill Public Library is taking applications for a part-time Library Technician I position. Duties include general library tasks and assisting patrons in finding information and using the library’s computers. Other duties include assisting with programs, sorting materials donated to the library, and working with social media.
Hours for the position is 4-8 pm Tuesday through Thursday during the week. Some weekend work is required. Applicants must have completed a high school education. Starting pay for this position is $15.37 per hour.

Kanopy/Transparent Language Databases Now AvailableThe library is happy to now provide access to Kanopy, a collection of over 20,000 movies and documentaries. You can stream movies to your devices to enjoy. Go to our library catalog and click on the Kanopy link to check out this great new service!

Ebooks, Online Audio and Magazines
The library has access to tens of thousands of Ebooks and online audio books. Click on the Online Resources/Ebooks link for more information.
We also have online access to seventy different magazines. Once you download magazines, they are yours to keep! Contact the library for the access code to MagNet to download magazines. Do not use your library card number. It will not allow you to set up an account!
